This Cuisinart stand mixer comes with a very large 5-1/2 quart bowl, and is fitted with a powerful 800 watt motor, which can handle most people’s mixer needs. The housing is made of high quality die-cast metal. It comes with 3 power outlets, and 3 different colors: white, chrome, and black. The motor can dish out up to 1000 watts, and is capable of handling most people’s cooking needs. The dimensions of the mixer are 15.5x10x12.5 inches, and it weighs 21 lbs. It comes with 4 accessories: a flat mixing paddle, a dough hook, a chef whisk, and a splashguard.

The mixer has 12 adjustable speed settings, and has a 15-minute timer with automatic shutoff, which is a feature that many other stand mixers lack. You may wish to use the slow start function to stop the contents of the bowl from splattering, or the fold function to delicately blend in your ingredients. The fold function has two options: pulse and continuous – the former used to combine ingredients, and the latter to blend ingredients. The 3 power outlets include a high-speed outlet for complementary attachments such as a meat grinder, citrus juicer, pasta maker, or even blender.
